Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) is looking for people to take part in a survey-style interview about their time studying in Japan. We would like to hear from people who have studied or are currently studying in Japan in order to provide helpful information on studying in Japan to prospective students. If you are interested, please apply!

Application Requirements

• Foreign national students currently studying abroad in Japan

OR

• Foreign nationals who have studied in Japan (graduates)

Selection Process

After the application period, selected applicants will be notified by November 1, 2024.
*Only selected applicants will be notified of the results of their applications by email. Results will not be sent to those who are not selected. Applications of unsuccessful applicants will be properly deleted after the selection process.

We ask that you respond to the survey about your experience studying in Japan and other questions. We also ask that you provide photos of your school life and daily life in Japan.

The interviews will be posted on Study in Japan（https://www.studyinjapan.go.jp/）, a government-approved information website for studying abroad in Japan operated by JASSO.

3. Where you studied in Japan
4. Answers to the survey

Regarding the Provision of Photographs

We ask that you provide us with the following photos to be posted on the website (every photo in 2 may not be used).

1. A portrait that shows your face (to be used as an icon for the survey answers)
2. Other photos taken during your time studying abroad.
