Mt.Tukubasan (Night view)

Mt.Tukubasan (Night view)

A night view spot with a panoramic view of the Kanto Plain, including Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Sky Tree, which has been certified as a Japanese night view heritage site. Since the ropeway runs to the top of the mountain, even beginners can easily enjoy it.

Fukurodanotaki-waterfall

Fukurodanotaki-waterfall

One of Japan's three famous waterfalls, boasting a height of 120m and a width of 73m. It is also called "Yodo Waterfall" because it falls in four steps and it is being told that you will only know its actual fun after visiting it in the four different seasons.

Ibaraki Prefecture has dry and sunny winters, with increasing rainfall starting during the rainy season and from late summer to mid-fall. Bordering the ocean, the coastline area experiences only small temperature differences during the day, and fog is common due to the high humidity levels.
